Great Central Location!
tidy room city center kind staff
The room was super clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom seemed new. The hotel is literally in the city center so I could reach everywhere I needed by foot. Staff were always kind and even got me a coffee.
It was noisy sometimes because the walls seem thin.

The receptionist gave valuable suggestions for visiting the island. They welcomed everyone with sincere cordiality. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. I found the check-in process was easy.

sweet simplicity in the heart
perfect location friendly nature renovated space
the location was perfect! i found marta at reception especially accommodating and kind. her friendly nature really added to the stay. the renovated space felt fresh and everything worked properly. i appreciated that all functions worked well.
during my four day stay, towels were not changed! on the third day, i left the towels on the floor. i returned to find the same towels hung up again with a note stating towel changes occur every two days.

disruptive noise thin walls
I found the room to be QUITE small. The noise at night from other guests was REALLY disruptive. The walls seemed thin, I could hear everything. There was even a leak from the floor above, it flooded part of the room.

noisy air conditioning limited breakfast
The room felt a bit cramped. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. I found it distracting when trying to sleep.. also, the breakfast selection was rather limited. i expected a bit more variety for the price i paid. these things need some attention.

helpful staff clean towels cozy terrace
the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the clean towels and soap provided in the washroom. the rooftop terrace was cozy, it had a nice view, and i stored my bags after checkout without issue.
the noise from the street was noticeable at times, which slightly impacted the otherwise quiet atmosphere.

The location was super central. I reached everywhere i needed on foot! the hotel is near the airport bus stop, this made arrival and departure very easy. the surrounding area felt safe, too.

The staff was AMAZING!!! The rooftop terrace was amazing too. Air con was great and ensured restful nights.
